According to the Reno Tattoo Company website, Isaacson began tattooing in 2008, shortly before opening his tattoo and piercing parlor, now shuttered in Midtown, due to the pandemic. He shared the post below for the Our Town Reno citizen’s forum.
RENO!! Let’s Show Some Support!
With so much uncertainty in the world as well as our home state Nevada, I felt the need to create a piece of art called "Hero", paying homage to the struggles our frontline medical workers are facing in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, they’re HEROES!
Many clients we serve at Reno Tattoo Co. are these frontline workers.
At Reno Tattoo Co., we like many others are feeling the impact of the current shutdown.
We want to support our community and other local artists. By partnering together with Custom Ink, the proceeds will be donated to the Sierra Arts Foundation, a non-profit organization, in the hopes of providing resources and education for local artists while showing respect to our frontline workers.
Help this great cause by purchasing a limited edition Heroes T-Shirt. You can also make a difference by sharing this post!

Thanks Everyone,
Stay Safe!
